Activity 4.5 – Assignment: Student LPI
ReadLeadership: What People Do When They’re Leading on pages W-14 through W-15, then read how to complete and score theLeadership Practices Inventory (LPI), pages W-16 through W-17, and finally complete the LPI on pagesW-18 –W-21 and recording your Student LPI scores. For the LPI, you are asked to self-rate yourself and then find five other people to rate you. Instead of five people, only get ONE other person, a friend or your spouse, to be the LPI-observer of your actions. After you interpret your scores and compare your scores with the LPI-observer, then complete the Summary and Action-Planning Worksheets, pagesW-25 toW-26 .
Write a two page paper on what you learned about yourself, the interpretation of your ratings with the LPI-observer scores and what action-planning you will do to meet the leadership challenge.

Write a three page paper discussing the review questions about the case study and apply the review questions to your organization using the writing criteria outlined in earlier writing assignments.
